Because of this practice, we receive very few return requests. However, if you:

  • Receive the wrong item, or

              then you may be entitled to a full or partial refund.​

  • Clearly explain your concern so we can assess the issue and work with you to resolve it.

It’s important to notify us of the issue and your refund request within this 14-day period. While we’ll always do our best to address your concerns, waiting longer may limit the resolution options available, including but not limited to refunds.

 

All that said, even after 14 days please feel free to reach out to us—we’re happy to help in any way we can.
